How do I book an “On Request” Tee Time?
You book an “On Request” Tee Time in exactly the same way that you make a standard tee time booking. However, instead of continuing through the payment process where we would usually take your credit card details, the request is sent off to our agents to handle manually.
With our "On Request" service we aim to take the burden of having to call all the golf courses and the troubles of finding the correct person to speak to off your hands. Let our agents take care of this for you. We aim to make you tremendous savings on the usual rate that you would probably be charged by going direct - we negotiate on your behalf with the golf courses and strive to achieve what we refer to as the "Best Available Rate" at the time of booking.
At this point on of our agents will call you to confirm and take payment for our small service fee associated with the booking.
As soon as the club confirms that the tee time is available, payment for any service fees will be taken via the telephone and confirmation of the booking will be sent to you by email. The green fee will be payable directly to the golf course on the day of play.
If the “On Request” Tee Time is no longer available at the club then our agents can try to find an alternative.
